PLEASE HELP US: How Latino Professionals Thrive — Your Insights Matter

I’m excited to invite you to participate in a meaningful research study I’m conducting in partnership with Baldwin Wallace University and my friend, colleague, and fellow 100+ Latinos Cleveland Must Know member, Dr. Sergio E. Robles, Assistant Professor of Marketing at BW.

We’re looking to hear directly from Latino professionals about their workplace experiences to better understand how inclusion, belonging, and leadership impact their ability to thrive and stay in their roles.  

If you are:

  • A self-identified Latino professional

  • At least 18 years old

  • Currently employed in the U.S. (not self-employed or entrepreneur)

  • Have worked in the U.S. for at least 1 year

…we would love your participation! The survey takes about 10–15 minutes and all responses are anonymous.

Your voice will help us better understand how inclusive leadership, belonging, and authenticity contribute to thriving and retention in the workplace—and inform how organizations can do better for Latino professionals.
