ABOUT MARCIA
Bridging the gap between
Latino talent and the organizations ready to lead.
Born in Chile, Marcia Moreno came to the United States in 2005. She experienced firsthand what it means to feel unseen in a workplace — and turned that experience into a mission.
Since founding AmMore Consulting in 2018, Marcia has become one of Northeast Ohio's most recognized voices on Latino inclusion, workforce strategy, and organizational readiness.
